Tourist: This is who I am

Tourist: This is who I am
I am essentially a tourist in my children's world. I create elaborate itineraries for my children, take them out to every site and event... And then I watch.

Chapter One 6/07 Tourist Layout by Neith

Supplies
Scrapbook Takeout Wonderful Whimsy 6/07: Stamps; Club Scrap Chapter One 6/07: CSt Grey Print, Blue Plain, and UM Borders & Backgrounds Stamp; Club Scrap Wheel & Sprocket 8/06 Black and Red Plain; American Crafts: Silver Metallic Marker; Sakura: Gelly Roll Pen in Black; Kuretake: Zig Memory Writer in Pure Black; Ranger: Adirondack Paint Dabber in Aqua, Black Soot Distress Ink Pad, Matte Accents; Tsukineko: Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad; Staples: Write On Transparency;

I loved this series of photos that I did of just my children's shadows on a playground near home... I did get a few with me in them as well!

Not only did I paint the back of my transparency and one stamped image, but I also inked the edges of my matting strips with the paint.

Lovely layout, but I really really love the tourist sentiment. Awesome way to think about it!

Well, HERE YOU ARE! I've been lookin' for you all over the boards (k, haven't gotten on e-mail or ym yet, but been out of town anyway). :-) Glad to see you are still alive and kicking!
