Once Upon A Time CSDigital Layout

Have you ever thought about using the stamped transparency images to REMOVE color from an area? They can be used to create a dynamic cutting-job on one element to show another layer beneath it! From the June 2007 CSD Chapter One Kit, I used the flourish images to remove portions of my photographs, showing the multi-colored cardstock background from behind my photographs. Also, notice the fire that emanates from one dragon! It was created by layering the flourishes, creating one version which was heavily shadowed, plus a layer above it that was enlarged via Photoshop's "Select > Grow" and the gradient tool.
